Delivery Information
We offer 2 rates of postage;
2nd Class £3 – delivery aim 3-5 working days
1st Class £4 – delivery aim 1-3 working days
We aim to post all orders within 2 working days. Having said this, bulkier items/ large parcels may be shipped by courier and can take 3-5 working days to dispatch. Also in times of high demand, such as a sale, shipping may take a little longer.
In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged please ensure you take photos before opening in case claims need to be made.
PLEASE NOTE: Royal Mail delivery times are an estimate and are not guaranteed. Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until 10 working days (2 weeks) after the expected date of delivery. Before contacting us please check around the usual places for parcels and contact your local sorting office as notifications are not always left- this will be the first thing you are asked to do so please ensure this is done prior to contacting us.
Please ensure you have entered the correct address. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for parcels with an incorrect address and we reserve the right to charge repeat postage if parcels are returned to us due to incorrect addresses and you would like it reshipping.
Returns Policy
We hope you love your purchase, however if you change your mind you can return it to us (at your cost) in the original condition within 7 days and we will provide you with a full refund.
Refunds will not be given on any fabric/ribbon/interfacing cut to length.
Before sending your returns please ensure that your items are unused and still in its original packing. We are unable to accept returns of fabric which smell of smoke/ full of pet hair.
We are unable to accept returns of used goods, any items returned that are unsellable will be returned to you at your own cost and a refund will not be made.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us and as we cannot be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post, we recommend that all returns over £20 are sent recorded delivery. Proof of postage is required for all returns.
Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within five working days.
All orders are checked thoroughly prior to being dispatched, however, in the unlikely event you receive an item which is incorrect, damaged or faulty you have 7 days to contact us. When contacting us please provide a full description and photos and we will work with you to resolve, whether this be a refund or exchange. We cover return postage in these cases however postage for any unauthorized returns will not be covered.
