We charge a flat delivery charge of £3.00. We aim to post orders placed before 5pm the following working day. We currently use Royal Mail 2ndclass post with a delivery aim of 2-3 days. Having said this, bulkier items/ large parcels may be shipped by courier and can take 3-5 working days. In times of high demand, such as a sale, shipping may take a little longer.
In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged please ensure you take photos before opening incase claims need to be made.
PLEASE NOTE: Royal Mail delivery times are an estimate and are not guaranteed. Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until 10 working days (2 weeks) after the expected date of delivery. Before contacting us please check around the usual places for parcels and contact your local sorting office as notifications aren’t always left.
Please ensure you have entered the correct address. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for parcels with an incorrect address and we reserve the right to charge repeat postage if parcels are returned to us due to incorrect addresses and you would like it reshipping.
We hope you love your purchase, however if you change your mind you can return it to us (at your cost) in the original condition within 7 days and we will provide you with a full refund.
Refunds will not be given on any fabric/ribbon/interfacing cut to length.
Before sending your returns back please ensure that your items are unused and still in it’s original packing. We are unable to accept returns of fabric which smell of smoke/ full of pet hair.
We are unable to accept returns of used goods, any items returned that are unsellable will be returned to you at your own cost and a refund will not be made.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us and as we cannot be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post we recommend that all returns are sent recorded delivery.
Once we have received your return we will process your refund within five working days.
All orders are checked thoroughly prior to being dispatched, however, in the unlikely event you receive an item which is incorrect, damaged or faulty please can you contact us within 7 days. When contacting us please provide a full description and we will work with you to resolve, whether this be a refund or exchange. We cover return postage in these cases however postage for any unauthorized returns will not be covered.
