Can I collect my order?

Absolutely, select “Local Collection” at checkout for free collection and the ability to pay cash when you collect! Just get in touch via Facebook or email to arrange a suitable date and time.

How to care for fabrics?

Wash all fabrics at 30 degrees unless otherwise stated in product descriptions. Manufactures recommend fabric is pre-washed before use to prevent shrinking.

How long will my order take to arrive?

What if my order still hasn’t arrived?

Royal Mail do not consider a package missing until 10 working days after the expected delivery date. Please see the delivery and returns policy for more information.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order had been cut and dispatched you are unable to cancel, you are able to follow the returns policy once received.  Please contact us ASAP if you need to discuss an order.

What if there is a product showing as out of stock?

Some out of stock products will allow you to back order- this will be clearly detailed in the descriptions.

Any item discontinued will be removed from the website. In the unlikely event we can’t meet an order due to items been sold out we will contact you to resolve.

What is your returns policy?

Can I add items to an order once it has gone through?

Generally, a new order will need to be placed but as each order is different we request that you contact us by email ASAP to discuss.

Can I change my address on an order once it has been placed?

For Royal Mail insurance purposes, we can only ship to an address recorded at time of order. We can not be held responsible for orders missing due to incorrect information.
