Your Account 🧵

When you set up an account with Fabric Chicks, think of it as your little corner of our sewing room. Keep your login details safe (like your best fabric scissors!) as anything that happens under your account is your responsibility.

If something doesn’t feel right or you think someone else has access, just let us know and we’ll sort it.

Please make sure your details are correct and up to date and if you ever want them changed or removed, just drop us a message.

Placing an Order 🛍️

When you place an order, we use your details to process everything smoothly and get your goodies on their way.

You’ll get an email to say we’ve received your order, then another once it’s packed and dispatched.

Pricing 💷

All prices are in pounds (£) and include VAT where needed. Postage is added at checkout unless we’ve said otherwise.

Ordering from outside the UK? Your parcel may pick up customs charges along the way, these are set by your country and are your responsibility.

We do our best to keep everything accurate, but if a price ever looks a bit wonky, we’ll be in touch before sending your order (or refund you if needed).

A Little Note on Prices ✂️

Sometimes you’ll spot two prices:

  • A crossed-out one (this could be a recommended price or something we’ve sold it for before)
  • Our current price (the one you’ll pay)

We also love a good offer, so you might see different deals online, in-store, or at events.

Stock & Availability 🧶

We try to keep our shelves (real and virtual!) well stocked, but popular items can sell out quickly.

If something you’ve ordered isn’t available, we’ll let you know as soon as we can. 

Payment 💳

We accept most major debit and credit cards, plus PayPal — all processed securely in pounds (£).

Quick tip: please don’t send card details by email (it’s not secure).

Special Orders ✨

Some items are specially ordered or made just for you. Because of this, they’re non-returnable and need to be paid for upfront.

If you need to cancel, let us know as soon as possible (the sooner the better). Once things are in motion, it’s not always possible but we’ll always try to help.

International Orders 🌍

If your order is heading overseas, it may be subject to customs fees or taxes when it arrives. These are set by your country, so we don’t have control over them. We do not accept any responsibility for extra charges your country may apply.

Everything on our website is part of the Fabric Chicks world, feel free to browse, save, and print for your own use.

Just please don’t copy or share our content for business use without asking first.

A Quick Note on Product Details 🪡

We do our best to describe everything clearly and accurately.

Photos are there to guide you, but colours can vary slightly in real life (we know screens can be sneaky like that!).
Details like fibre content and care instructions are a helpful guide, but small differences can happen.

If Something Goes Wrong 🤍

We’re here to help. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll work with you to fix it, whether that’s a replacement or refund where appropriate.
