We aim to post all orders within 2 working days. Having said this, bulkier items/ large parcels may be shipped by courier and can take 3-5 working days to dispatch. Also in times of high demand, such as a sale, shipping may take a little longer.
Most shipments to non-UK destinations will be subject to additional duty, taxes and handling fees. These are charged either by the destination customs authority or the courier. All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient to pay prior to delivery. Prices quoted on our website do not include overseas tax, duty or import handling fees. Fabric Chicks cannot accept responsibility for delayed or undelivered items due to unpaid taxes or customs charges.
Overseas shipments can sometimes be subject to delays, either in transit or due to hold-ups in customs. Whilst we will do our utmost to expedite all deliveries, these circumstances are outside our control and we cannot guarantee delivery dates to non UK destinations.
PLEASE NOTE: Royal Mail delivery times are an estimate and are not guaranteed. Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until 10 working days (2 weeks) after the expected date of delivery. Before contacting us please check around the usual places for parcels and contact your local sorting office as notifications are not always left- this will be the first thing you are asked to do so please ensure this is done prior to contacting us.
Please ensure you have entered the correct address. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for parcels with an incorrect address and we reserve the right to charge repeat postage if parcels are returned to us due to incorrect addresses and you would like it reshipping.
